About Returns and Refunds

In the event a customer returns a product under warranty and is found to be free of defects, a $ 50 labor fee may be applied at the company’s discretion.

In any case, the warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by mishandling, accident, or abuse. The warranty will be void if the product is used outside of the manufacturer’s documented specifications, including incorrect voltage, poor connections, or software or hardware modifications.
